About the Role

Tiger Analytics is a leading advanced analytics consulting firm, trusted by Fortune 100 companies to drive business value from data. As a Senior Manager/Associate Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact analytics solutions that meet strategic, operational, and tactical objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving account growth and delivering exceptional results.
  • Business Value Delivery: Demonstrate business value through solutions that address key business questions, challenges, and information needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of data and analytics professionals, collaborating with sales leaders to create compelling proposals and drive growth.
  • Domain Expertise: Apply advanced analytics techniques to solve complex business problems in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and Retail.
  • Communication and Presentation: Engage with CXO and VP/Director level stakeholders, presenting business problems and solution approaches effectively.
Requirements
  • 10-14 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics-based consulting services to clients.
  • Experience in managing large accounts and driving account growth.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead global teams.
  • Knowledge of domains like CPG, Retail & FMCG.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Open to travel (up to 50%) across the United Kingdom and Europe.
  • Education Qualification – Bachelor's or Higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
