Position Overview

Join DataTech Analytics as an Analytics Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' data-driven decision-making processes. This position involves overseeing analytics, dashboarding, and reporting initiatives, with a focus on delivering high-quality insights to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our data platform to onboard and transform data, creating insightful dashboard visualizations.
  • Manage the client team backlog, ensuring efficient responses to user-generated requests while maintaining clear communication.
  • Lead your team by actively engaging with client requirements, managing expectations, and fostering strong partnerships.
  • Contribute to the migration to our advanced analytics platform, ensuring data feeds and transformations meet client needs.
  • Conduct thorough data quality assurance, employing a systematic approach to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Proactively uphold data integrity within our reporting solutions, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Standardize processes and champion improvements in our analytics practices.
  • Create compelling visualizations that promote self-service analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices in reporting and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities to maximize the value delivered to clients.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in data management, including collection, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, transformations, and data aggregation techniques.
  • Ability to produce effective visualizations that meet client specifications.
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end data platforms like Adverity, Domo, or Datorama.
  • Understanding of the media advertising industry and its key concepts.
  • Demonstrated accountability for the quality of work produced.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for problem-solving.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
