We seek an individual who combines strong business consulting acumen with a solid foundation in data analytics to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize cutting-edge data science applications to address business challenges within the CPG sector.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to convert business challenges into comprehensive analytics solution frameworks.
  • Deliver presentations of analytic solutions to business audiences, emphasizing the robustness of the solutions and their potential to generate business value.
  • Oversee analytics projects, collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger's globally distributed teams.
  • Contribute to discussions with team members to select and implement relevant analytic methodologies, creating actionable business insights.
  • Prepare presentations for senior management, communicate findings to business teams, and devise strategies to operationalize the analytics solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 9-14 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 7 years dedicated to data analytics.
  • Proven ability to engage with executive and VP-level stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level analytics solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the CPG industry.
  • Strong project management and team leadership capabilities, with experience working in global teams.
  • Solid grasp of statistical and machine-learning algorithms is advantageous.
  • Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience using analytic tools such as R and Python, as well as visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data systems, including Hadoop HDFS and Hive, is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to integrate analytic outputs into business processes.
  • Degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
