FCN Frozen Foods Limited is looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our growing team.

Job Title: Customer Services Assistant

Location: FCN Frozen Foods Limited, Unit 6C Newmarket Lane, Leeds, LS9 0SH.

Department: Sales/Finance

Reports To: Office Manager

Salary Range: £11.50 per hour

Job Type: Part time 25 hours, Monday to Friday.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant, to support our sales and finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incoming and outgoing sales calls, handling cash, dealing with customer balances, assisting the accounts department and general office administration. FCN Frozen Foods Limited is a small team, so the ideal candidate will need to have a fabulous work ethic and will be willing to help others as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:

  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of any outstanding payments.
  • Allocate payments to customer accounts

Administrative Support:

  • Answering the phone to take orders.
  • Making sales calls in the absence of colleagues.
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems.
  • Assisting others in administrative tasks as and when required.
  • Communication with customers via phone, email or WhatsApp.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant experience within an office environment is desirable.

Skills:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently or part of a team, with a good sense of humour
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
