Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring high levels of customer retention
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a busy call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions
  • Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential

  • A competitive salary of £24,336 per annum
  • A monthly bonus of up to £507, equivalent to £6,084 per annum
