About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Security Team as a Customer Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security: Maintain a visible presence on site, monitoring CCTV and responding to incidents as necessary.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or near misses.
Requirements
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence: Desirable, but willing to obtain prior to employment.
  • SIA CCTV Licence: Desirable, but must be capable of completing course and passing exam.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
