We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property within your assigned area.
This position requires:
Shift Pattern: Night shifts with a 5 on 4 off pattern
54 hours per week
SIA license required
Driving License or have good travel links
Key Responsibilities:
- Prevent and deter unauthorized access to the site
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV as appropriate
- Conduct external and internal security patrols as detailed in the Assignment Instructions
- Ensure any equipment provided by the customer and Securitas is managed according to established procedures
- Maintain all logbooks and records and issue visitor/contractor passes, and handle lost property in accordance with the Assignment Instructions
- SIA Licence
- Access to vehicle/good transport links
- 3yr Security Experience - Prior experience as a Security Officer in the Security industry is desirable
- Must have a 5yr checkable history
- The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
