As a Security Officer with Securitas Security Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property within your assigned area. Your vigilance and attention to detail will be essential in preventing and deterring unauthorized access to the site.
This position requires:
• Shift Pattern: Night shifts with a 5 on 4 off pattern
• 54 hours per week
• SIA license required
• Driving License or have good travel links
Key Responsibilities
- Prevent and deter unauthorized access to the site
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV as appropriate
- Conduct external and internal security patrols as detailed in the Assignment Instructions
- Ensure any equipment provided by the customer and Securitas is managed according to established procedures
- Maintain all logbooks and records and issue visitor/contractor passes, and handle lost property in accordance with the Assignment Instructions
Essential Skills
- SIA Licence
- Access to vehicle/good transport links
- 3yr Security Experience - Prior experience as a Security Officer in the Security industry is desirable
- Must have a 5yr checkable history
- The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
