About the Role
This role is for 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Ambassador at Vantage Motor Group, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will involve:
- Greeting visitors and customers, building rapport, and listening to their needs to ensure a seamless experience.
- Offering refreshments and encouraging customers to browse our showroom, working closely with our marketing team to maintain high standards.
- Working closely with our sales and service teams to ensure customers receive excellent service and support.

- Have a positive, friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Be able to adapt your style to suit each customer, providing a personalized experience.
- Enjoy working in a customer-facing environment, with a drive to deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
