Job Title: Customer Service Consultant - German Speaking

At Burberry Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multichannel contacts and clienteling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class, luxury customer service through all channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Take ownership of all customer cases to conclusion, providing regular updates and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Update all records and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information, facilitating seamless follow-up experiences.
  • Provide elevated experiences through ECE on all contacts, showcasing a deep understanding of Burberry products and services.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, serving as a brand ambassador and style expert, linking sales, and creating opportunities to delight customers through personalized solutions.
  • Create long-term customer relationships and retain customers through clienteling activities, including outreach, follow-up, and appointment booking, driving growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Manage own client book, ensuring regular and timely personalized conversations with clients, fostering loyalty and advocacy.
  • Utilize empathy and intuition to anticipate and understand customers' needs, persevering to resolve service or product-related issues.
  • Employ knowledge systems and product detail to suggest Aftercare services, building a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize all systems to capture customer detail accurately for case management, adhering to strict data protection policies.
  • Keep customer profiles and contact information up to date, seeking opt-in opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
Personal Profile:
  • Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of luxury customer needs.
  • Ambassador for the Burberry brand and product, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively, demonstrating initiative through a proactive approach.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, resilience to overcome difficult conversations, and a strong understanding of Customer Service needs and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities with ease.
  • Ability to project an approachable and professional image, reflecting the Burberry brand values.
