Customer Service Ambassador

As a Customer Service Consultant at Burberry Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multichannel contacts and clienteling. Your primary objective will be to drive high customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue, contributing to the wider Customer Service goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver world-class, luxury customer service through all channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our customers.
- Take ownership of all customer cases, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive resolution.
- Update records and systems to ensure the best follow-up experience for customers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide elevated experiences through ECE on all contacts, showcasing your passion for the Burberry product and brand.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, serving as a brand ambassador and creating opportunities to delight customers through personalized solutions.
- Create long-term customer relationships and retain customers through clienteling activities, including outreach, follow-up, and appointment booking.
- Manage your client book, ensuring regular and timely personalized conversations with clients, and identifying growth and revenue opportunities.
- Utilize empathy and intuition to anticipate and understand customers' needs, persevering to resolve service or product-related issues.
- Use knowledge systems and product detail to suggest Aftercare services, building a loyal customer base.
- Capture customer detail accurately for case management, adhering to strict data protection policies.
- Keep customer profiles and contact information up to date, seeking opt-in opportunities.
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
- A passion for delivering amazing service to customers is a must.
- Ambassador for the brand and product, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively, demonstrating initiative through a proactive approach.
