About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments and handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.
