Job Objective

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will manage both incoming and outgoing communications, confirm appointments, and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings. This position demands outstanding communication abilities, a genuine interest in renewable energy, and a dedication to delivering top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Incoming Communications:

Address customer inquiries regarding solar energy solutions and services. Offer detailed information and respond to questions about installation procedures, pricing structures, and advantages. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Outgoing Communications:

Contact potential clients to introduce and advocate for Phoenix Renewables' solar solutions. Follow up on leads generated from marketing initiatives. Confirm appointments with prospective clients.

Appointment Coordination:

Organize and verify virtual and in-person meetings for our sales personnel. Ensure all appointments are accurately documented in our system. Send reminders to clients and ensure they are prepared for their meetings.

Sales Assistance:

Aid in the development of sales presentations and related materials. Provide administrative support to the sales team as required. Monitor and report on call activities and appointment results.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment, ideally within the renewable energy industry. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational capabilities and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
