Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate solutions to technical issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide support for special projects.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide technical support.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
