About the role

Your journey will begin in our Collections and Partner Risk team, learning first-hand how we work with our business partners, collecting revenues, on-boarding new partners, and understanding risk analytics to support decision-making

As a Flexible Finance Executive you will spend time in each of our Finance areas including, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Tax, Internal Audit, Transactional accounting, giving you exposure to the full start to end cycle of our financial processes. You will develop practical skills in each of the areas, putting into practice what you have learned from your studies or experiences to date.

What are we looking for ?
  • A genuine interest in working in a Finance role and a willingness to learn and develop as you rotate through the various specialisms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Effective communicator and able to develop strong working relationships within the immediate team and across the business.

  • First class English written and verbal communication skills
    Experience you can bring:
    • Computer literate, comfortable with Excel and experience of accounting software would be an advantage
    • Any relevant work, qualifications, or voluntary experience

      This role provides an amazing opportunity to gain excellent exposure to a Finance function, developing finance skills which will enable you to begin a career in this area.

      Upon successful completion of your first year, we will support your study for an appropriate external accountancy/finance qualification.
