Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate financial insights and support decision-making.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in finance, with proven experience in leadership roles.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate a team while managing diverse financial responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience in the public, private, or third sector is valued, but prior experience in a church setting is not required.
