Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic financial leadership to the Joint Integration Boards for Midlothian and East Lothian, overseeing the total allocated budgets and ensuring the delivery of the IJBs' directions for service provision and performance reporting.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including the Council and Health Board, and their directors of finance, balancing their needs and priorities.
  3. Utilize strong negotiation and influencing skills to motivate and enthuse colleagues, partners, and stakeholders, driving innovation in service delivery models to safeguard for the future.
