Senior Account Executive, Solar Solutions

Position Overview
As a Senior Account Executive for the Northern UK region, you will report directly to the Sales Director. In alignment with both corporate and regional strategies, your primary responsibility will be to enhance Enphase's revenue and market share within a designated set of partner accounts, while also identifying and enabling new partnerships. You will provide education to partners regarding Enphase's technology and business offerings, empowering them to effectively market our solutions and achieve shared revenue and profit objectives. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with sales management, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of partner economics, demonstrating the ability to evaluate a partner's business and collaboratively create successful strategies to integrate and promote Enphase products, positively influencing all aspects of the partner's profit and loss statement.
- Engage in account planning and management. Formulate and implement joint business strategies to drive Enphase's revenue and market presence at partner accounts, which may include negotiating supply agreements, delivering product training, assisting in co-marketing initiatives, introducing new products, and addressing daily operational challenges.
- Exhibit strong territory planning and management capabilities, including precise forecasting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Oversee a portfolio of clients to meet revenue and market share targets, including the acquisition of new clients as necessary.
- Expected to generate forecasts for each account by analyzing historical sales data and information provided by the partner, while comparing this with competitive and general market data as available.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated B2B sales experience in a high-tech sector, particularly in indirect sales channels such as authorized dealers and distributors of electro-mechanical equipment.
- Experience within the solar industry or traditional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) is essential.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A results-driven, self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-oriented environment.
- A strong passion for the renewable energy sector.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Northern UK region.
