Here at RS, we have a brilliant opportunity to join our energised and highly collaborative sales team as our Head of Sales Operations, a crucial part of our sales leadership team, responsible for overseeing the entire sales operations department of the largest commercial market in the RS Group. As the leader, you will be accountable for the sales strategy development/deployment and leadership of both the Bids & Tenders Team and Sales Support Team.

  • You will enjoy coaching and leading people; supporting the sales community to deliver their aspirations – taking responsibility for finding ways to develop and motivate your talented teams.

  • Having a knack for being able to understand customers' needs and support a sales community in order to optimise growth and build pipeline opportunities.
