Job Overview:

The Role:


  • Lead all HR operations, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Supervise payroll activities, ensuring prompt and precise payments, adherence to tax laws, and meticulous recordkeeping.
  • Formulate and execute HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and guarantee compliance with legal standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues, including labor laws and best practices.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Manage financial transactions, including invoice processing, account reconciliation, and supplier communication.
  • Assist the management team with various administrative projects and tasks as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Demonstrated experience in HR management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll systems and experience in payroll management.
  • Familiarity with financial transaction management, including invoice handling and account reconciliation.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
