About MSX International

MSX International is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the aftersales operations team, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction metrics.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Lead will be responsible for managing daily operations while ensuring adherence to established OEM protocols.

This position requires a minimum of three days on-site presence, with regular engagements at partner locations.

The Operations Lead will:

  • Direct the outsourced aftersales operations to achieve the necessary customer satisfaction scores as outlined by corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with established processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for management regarding customer vehicles under agency oversight.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee that vehicles do not leave the facility with unresolved issues.
  • Address operational challenges and escalations promptly to minimize customer disruptions.
  • Ensure that any technical issues are reported by technicians through the designated communication channels.
  • Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings as required.
  • Utilize and ensure adherence to workshop automation and electronic vehicle health check systems.
  • Manage warranty submissions in line with company policies.
  • Ensure proper handling and retention of warranty-related parts as mandated.
  • Identify and address training needs for outsourced operations personnel.
  • Coordinate timely ordering of parts for incoming customer vehicles.
  • Oversee parts inventory management to prevent excessive ordering.
  • Report any parts-related concerns to the appropriate department head.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a minimum of three days spent on-site.
