We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Operations to lead our multi-user operation in Corby. As a strong operational leader, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a management team of two direct reports and 120 indirect reports to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective operational forecasting and planning to drive operational efficiencies and performance improvements.
- Form a management team that creates, sustains, and embeds a culture of employee engagement, high performance, continuous improvement, and succession planning.
- Drive outstanding customer service excellence and champion health, safety, and quality activities across the operation.
- Lead and implement cost-saving initiatives through effective LEAN and Financial KPI targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for all operational performance activities, investigating problematic issues or failures, and implementing solutions and protective measures to mitigate future risk.
- Take ownership of all monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews, creating reporting packs for the customer on operational KPIs, metrics, and overall performance.
Requirements:
- Significant operational management experience, ideally leading large operational teams within a fast-paced multi-user environment.
- Excellent leadership skills, with demonstrable experience of driving innovation, change, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong customer focus, capable of building credible internal and external relationships.
- Proven experience of resource and budget management, with experience of designing and developing commercial contracts.
