About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Operations Manager to join our team at The White Company. As a key member of our Supply Chain & Logistics department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of our third-party logistics (3PL) distribution centre (DC) in Rockingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse operational performance data to ensure service levels are met and then exceeded, taking accountability for any corrective action as required.
  • Take ownership of 3PL contract management, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Inbound, Planning, and Transport management peer group.
  • Embed our company values and service levels within the 3PL operation, developing strong relationships with the DC management team.
  • Maintain a customer focus at all times, working closely with the Customer team regarding customer performance.
  • Provide cover for peers during holiday periods to ensure that the Supply Chain & Logistics Team functions seamlessly.
