The Role:


The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue generation processes within our organization. This role involves close collaboration with sales, finance, and customer success teams to ensure seamless operations, accurate forecasting, and strategic insights that drive revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse sales and revenue data to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate and reliable sales forecasts. Monitor sales pipeline health and provide recommendations for improving forecast accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on goals, processes, and strategies. Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
  • Revenue Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of revenue growth strategies. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
  • Systems and Tools Management: Manage and optimize revenue-related systems and tools, such as CRM, sales automation, and revenue recognition software. Ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve revenue operations processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy. Implement best practices and industry standards.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales and revenue teams on tools, processes, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Presentation Development: Develop and report presentations to deliver insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Commission Plans: Prepare and review commission plans to ensure they align with company goals and drive desired sales behaviors.




Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and process improvements.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools, particularly Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of revenue operations processes, sales forecasting, and data analysis. Experience in delivering insights and developing reports. Familiarity with financial principles and revenue recognition standards.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proactive and results-driven with a strategic mindset. Good with data and effective in working with commercial partners.
