An RPO provider is now looking for a Recruitment Business Partner who will specialise in Underwriting recruitment and will be based onsite at their flagship insurance client. This insurer is a large, multinational business that have experienced superb success and growth and are still growing. The business have a great culture and are very well known in the market.

The Recruitment Business Partner will be partnered with the Wholesale business (Underwriting and Claims) business and will act as a trusted advisor to the hiring community and HR stakeholders. This role is ultimately responsible for the effectiveness of all day-to-day recruitment activity.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a best-in-class partnership with the business to fully understand the needs of an Underwriting and Claims functions within a Specialty InsurerManaging the entire end-to-end recruitment process; ensuring compliance with all policies, processes and SLAsAccountable for the accuracy of internal and external Applicant Tracking SystemsWorking closely with colleagues in regional offices to drive direct fill opportunities for the business and hit direct fill SLAsPartnering with external agencies to support delivery of the serviceDeveloping relationships with Hiring Managers and Client stakeholders including HR to ensure a high level of customer serviceAdding value by collating trends and market knowledge and sharing with stakeholder groupsMaintaining high level NPS scores from hiring manager feedback surveys Requirements: Candidates MUST have Underwriting recruitment experienceGood understanding of the Lloyds marketPrevious RPO or in-house experience would be preferred but agency is also welcomeSolid stakeholder management skillsAbility to closeStrategic planning experienceCustomer centricResults focusedHigh standards
