Are you an HR Advisor with a keen interest in cultural heritage and the arts? This HR Business Partner role may align perfectly with your expertise.

As a vital member of our HR Team, you will be tasked with providing high-quality support in a timely manner.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with employee relations cases
  • Serving as the primary contact for policy inquiries from line managers
  • Coordinating and advising on the probation review process, including following up with managers
  • Analyzing sickness reports to identify absence patterns and notifying the Senior HR Business Partner and relevant managers
  • Managing the wellbeing policy
  • Reviewing and updating policies to ensure compliance with legal standards

This role is dynamic and requires adaptability within a fast-paced team environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience handling a range of employee relations cases
  • Policy advisory capabilities
  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulations, supported by relevant CIPD qualifications
  • Familiarity with HR systems, such as iTrent
