Recruitment Partner – Pharmacy

Contract: Permanent, Full Time - 5 Days / Week
Based at Nottingham Support Office

In this role, you'll be wearing many hats, from coaching to utilizing your recruitment expertise to find top talent for our stores.

This position offers a chance to truly impact our stores and show off your creative side on social media platforms to provide candidates and hiring managers with a top-notch experience from start to finish.

Reporting to the Healthcare Recruitment Manager, this role moves quickly, giving you the autonomy to form strong partnerships with your stakeholders.

  • Working closely with the Director of Stores, HR Business Partners, and other key players to gauge current and future resource needs, both internal and external, and devising recruitment plans to attract top talent that aligns with the business vision and challenges of the relevant area.
  • Representing our brand professionally and creatively in the external arena, boosting the visibility of our business functions through social media engagement and attraction strategies.
  • Ensuring a stellar experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey by preparing them for interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating successful offers.
  • Collaborating with the Hiring Manager and broader HR team to offer suggestions and enhancements for continuous improvement.
  • Staying abreast of talent trends across key pipelines and leveraging this knowledge to partner with the Recruitment Marketing team to create and execute relevant attraction campaigns and long-term plans.

What You'll Need

  • Prior experience in recruitment agency or in-house partnering roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Hands-on experience with innovative attraction techniques to build effective talent pipelines and engagement strategies.
  • A customer-centric approach in all recruitment activities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement in work processes.

It Would Be Beneficial if You Also Have

  • Background in Healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems or CRMs.
