You will be the cornerstone of our commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. Reporting directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to both our employees and management team, driving initiatives that support our new store openings, talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, organisational effectiveness and the overarching success of Wingstop UK's talent proposition & growth

Main duties and responsibilities

Translate business requirements in partnership with senior managers into effective HR practices to deliver and embed people solutions aligned to business objectives.

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Forward thinking approach to ensure our job ads are up to date and live, taking into account the NSO timeline.

Screening & onboarding support through the recruitment process.

Organise assessment days, leading the day and delivering the presentation & organising the onsite support team.

Liaising with District & Regional Managers to ensure we are tracking live data and projected recruitment figures.

Management of recruitment co-ordinator for NSO support.

The point of contact for candidates during their onboarding ensuring they receive excellent communication and clear understanding of what to expect in their journey with Wingstop UK.

Assisting with recruitment workshops and educating current managers on best practice.

Creating presentations for recruitment projects & delivering any recruitment training needs across Wingstop.

Support, develop & train existing sites with any recruitment tools & resources.

Working to deliver the recruitment strategy and projects in a timely manner.

Assisting and troubleshooting ATS problems and ensuring that the programming is always up to date.

Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person.

Analysis

Utilise HR data and analytics to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and diversity metrics.

Display a tenacious approach to analysing site results by getting into the detail of all reports.

Uses data to monitor and report on key performance indicators; identifying trends and implications for the business and to propose and recommend appropriate interventions.
