Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Partner to join our HR team based in London. The role will support the Head of HR in delivering all aspects of our European talent acquisition strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent who will contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
  2. Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
  3. Bolster candidate sources by scouting at universities, community events and via internet sites and other media.
  4. Manage the recruitment pipeline through screening, reviewing and analysing CVs ahead of departmental sign-off.
  5. Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill.

Team Dynamics

You will work with the European HR Team, reporting into the Head of HR - Europe.

Hiring Process

  1. An initial phone interview with Pattern's talent acquisition team.
  2. A video interview with a hiring manager.
  3. A video interview with a presentation.
  4. A final meet and greet interview with the European General Manager.
