I am collaborating with a prestigious establishment in London where history, culture, and entertainment converge to create remarkable experiences. The people and culture division is expanding and is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to support their diverse and committed workforce.

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with various departments, providing both operational and strategic HR assistance. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from employee relations to project management. This position demands a confident professional capable of effectively partnering with senior stakeholders and driving HR initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. General HR Functions: Offer practical HR guidance and support to employees, managers, and executives. Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, capability assessments, and grievance procedures.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist the Recruitment Coordinator with contracts, onboarding, role transitions, and exit paperwork. Ensure precise and timely payroll processing.
  3. Learning and Development: Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team and Learning and Development Manager to facilitate training programs for staff and provide ongoing support as needed.
  4. Project Management: Lead and support cross-departmental initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities and implement effective HR strategies.
  5. Policy Development and Compliance: Draft and revise HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment legislation and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in a generalist HR role, with a keen interest in professional growth and development. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or its equivalent is essential. The successful applicant should be proactive and positive, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the capacity to manage a diverse workload efficiently.
