Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis to join the Bath Operations Finance team to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.

Reporting to the Assistant Financial Controller, this role will require the incumbent to be primarily very strong in transactional finance functions, but also flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks to support the wider team.

In this role you will process payments, monitor bank statements and record transactions accurately in the ERP system. You will process supplier invoices ensuing accurate matching and resolving queries where required, and you will support the wider team in ensuring strong internal controls and processes are being followed.

This role would suit someone with demonstrable experience in a similar role who is available immediately for a contract position.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting proceduresStrong organisational, communication and interpersonal skillsAccuracy and attention to detailStrong experience working with an ERP systemCompetency in MS Office, especially SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel
