Part Time Finance Assistant

A well-established organisation in the finance sector is seeking a Part Time Finance Assistant to join their growing finance team.

Your New Role
  • Raise sales invoices as directed by the Commercial Manager and ensure timely payment.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements and intercompany accounts.
  • Post journal entries, recharges, and allocate credit card purchases.
  • Process purchase invoices, match to purchase orders, and attach correct documentation.
  • Produce monthly budget reports and administer fortnightly payment runs.
  • Process staff expense claims and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Investigate purchase ledger queries and set up new suppliers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • AAT qualification desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.
