Key duties
Resolve queries and support business units setting up new suppliers, raising purchase orders, and management of expense claims.Logging the receipt of supplier invoices.Recording transactions for direct debits and standing orders.Processing travel invoices from travel providerAdministering the submission of employee expense reports and ensuring adherence to the company's expense policy.Reconciliations of supplier statementsProcessing credit card expenses and banking cash receipts.Completing month end close processes.Assist with weekly payment runs.
Your Skills And Experience
Engaging and capable communicator.Ability to provide training to staff at all levels.Team player willing to work in a busy team.Willingness to learn and enthusiastic to understand new processes.Comfortable using Microsoft Office particularly email and excel.Experience working in an accounts payable or other transactional team.Basic understanding of VAT.Experience of Unit 4 Business World / Agresso would be advantageous. Experience of a Purchase Order system would be advantageous.Ideally studying towards or having completed AAT.
