Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit a personable and talented Recruitment Coordinator to join one of our international law firm clients on a permanent, hybrid working basis at their London office. This role supports the Director of Administration (DOA) and Head of HR & Recruitment, playing a crucial part in all levels of recruitment and various office projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.Arrange interviews and gather feedback from partners, associates, and managers.Coordinate the offer process, ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal requirements.Assist with visa applications for candidates requiring sponsorship.Guide candidates through onboarding processes and pre-employment checks.Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.Process speculative applications and respond to candidate inquiries.Prepare and distribute hiring activity reports and metrics.Assist in preparing the London office recruitment budget.Graduate Recruitment:

Support the Vacation Scheme and Training Contract application processes.Assist with trainee application assessments and coordinate assessment centres.Organize and deliver the London Vacation Scheme, including events and feedback.Oversee future trainee population and manage SQE prep courses and exams.Organize trainee events and manage the trainee buddy system.Assist with the London graduate recruitment marketing strategy.Trainee Support:

Update trainee tracker and seat rotations spreadsheets.Assist with SRA-related trainee administration.Review trainee time recording and run utilization reports.Support trainee induction and coordinate review feedback.Administrative Support:

Manage the DOA's diary and schedule meetings.Assist with various administrative tasks and projects.Support the global General Counsel's office with partnership documentation.For further information, please apply.
