Job Summary

Fitch Ratings is seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team based out of our office in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to start their career in Human Resources. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with the Global Head of TA and TA Leads to support the full recruiting life-cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with team members to provide support for recruitment efforts, including coordination, candidate sourcing, vendor management, and offer negotiations.
  • Coordinate with candidates, colleagues, and third-party vendors to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Lead and partner on recruitment efforts for junior-level jobs and campus & early career programs hiring.
  • Assist with reporting and administering assessments to candidates.
  • Generate offer letters and collaborate with HR Service Delivery centre to communicate with candidates through the pre-employment process.
  • Participate in various projects related to process improvement, employment branding, and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree. Relevant experience, studies, or internships.
  • Interest in the financial services industry.
  • Motivated and highly organized individual with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced, and high-volume work environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
