About the Role

Julie Rose Recruitment is pleased to present an opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a thriving financial services organization. This role is integral to a dynamic HR team, providing essential HR support throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 18 months of HR experience in a fast-paced corporate setting and hold a CIPD qualification or a degree in Human Resources.

  • Administrative Support: Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR department.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Manage the complete recruitment cycle in alignment with organizational needs to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Offer guidance to management on standard employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary procedures.
  • HR System Management: Oversee the HR information system (Cascade), including record updates, request approvals, query generation, and task list monitoring.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports and conduct necessary analyses for ad hoc reporting.
  • HR System Transition: Play a significant role in the transition to a new HR system scheduled for 2024.
  • Project Involvement: Lead or assist with cyclical and special HR projects, including performance reviews, salary assessments, and benefit renewals, ensuring timely completion.
  • Facilities Management: Address facilities-related matters, including health and safety compliance, statutory audits, and employee workplace evaluations.
Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will be a graduate (or equivalent) with at least 18 months of HR administrative experience in a corporate environment. A CIPD Level 3+ qualification or equivalent, or progress towards CIPD certification, is essential.
