Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the publication of job adverts on various recruitment channels to attract top talent.
- Independently screen and select suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct phone interviews to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Provide regular updates to applicants through various communication channels, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external recruitment inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
- Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- A proactive and friendly attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, with a keen eye for detail.
