About the Role

Owen Reed is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic London office. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the graduate recruiting and development of our future and current trainee solicitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the LRD team to assist with graduate recruiting efforts, including arranging interviews, collating feedback, and tracking applicants.
  • Responsible for dealing with background checks, new joiner processes, and orientation sessions.
  • Involved in promoting campus in the UK, including attending law fairs, organizing event materials, and coordinating travel and attendees.
  • Help review graduate applications, select suitable candidates for assessment days, and ensure all materials are up to date.
  • Assist with organizing graduate schemes, including events, presentations, and assessments/interviews.
  • Coordinate the trainee induction program, PSC course, and trainee review process.
  • Work with the team to coordinate the US Summer program and PRIME program.
  • Ensure excellent DMS filing of important emails and documents.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level and proven recruitment experience in a law firm or professional service industry.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and respond to multiple service requests, often while working under tight time constraints.
  • Reliability, commitment, and punctuality.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with attorneys, staff, candidates, and recruiters at all levels.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge and understanding of various database systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
