Job Summary:

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our client in the investment management industry. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the delivery of graduate recruitment programs and the ongoing training and development of analysts and interns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end graduate recruitment activities, ensuring an excellent experience and building relationships across all levels.
  • Organize recruitment events, campus fairs, manage bookings, source event speakers, and coordinate logistics.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate engagement to feedback.
  • Screen high volumes of applications for programs, including CVs and video applications.
  • Help organize assessment centers, prepare materials, source assessors, brief candidates prior to assessment centers, and final round interviews.
  • Schedule final round interviews with senior stakeholders and candidates.
  • Manage initial onboarding of candidates, acting as a first point of contact for all candidates during recruitment processes.
  • Support the coordination of internship and Industrial Placement programs, organizing facilities and materials for training.
  • Help coordinate continuing education program schedules, setting up training sessions, overseeing logistics, and event preparation.
  • Prepare reports and pull people data on training.

Requirements:

  • Experience of full graduate recruitment cycles.
  • Financial or Professional Services background would be beneficial.
  • Confident communication style to engage with senior stakeholders and students.
  • Ability to work at pace with strong organizational skills.
