We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Strictly Recruitment. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth execution of our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Provide administrative support to our recruitment team, including coordinating interviews, scheduling appointments, and preparing candidate materials.
- Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships, including communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing updates on the status of their applications.
- Background Checks: Coordinate background checks and new hire processes, including arranging orientation sessions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Application Review: Review graduate applications and assist in selecting candidates suitable for assessment days.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating recruitment events, including law fairs and campus promotions.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for recruitment events and interviews.
- Graduate Schemes: Assist in coordinating graduate schemes, including events, presentations, and assessments/interviews.
Requirements:
- Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 12 months minimum experience within a recruitment role.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume recruitment environment.
