Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and candidates, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intern and apprenticeship offers, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
- Chase the signing of contracts and ensure timely completion of paperwork
- Oversee visa applications and manage start dates for new hires
- Update groups on contract returns and any start date changes
- Manage the careers phone number and ensure it is answered promptly
- Update job descriptions and ensure all advertised roles have correct job descriptions
- Liaise with PAs regarding offers and recruitment for specific areas
- Manage an offer-specific inbox and respond to candidate inquiries
- Liaise with marketing on social media posts for advertising
- Post adverts on specialist boards to attract top talent
- Manage internships and apprentice vacancies, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
- Engage with the hiring population as and when requested by the recruitment team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have some administration experience and be eager to learn and take on new challenges.
