Talent Acquisition Role

Become an integral part of AVOMIND's vibrant Talent Acquisition division and embark on a fulfilling career in recruitment and human resources. You will be instrumental in attracting exceptional talent to the organization, mastering the recruitment lifecycle, and establishing yourself as a vital contributor within a year. This role provides a clear trajectory for advancement, leading towards a position as a Talent Acquisition Manager and influencing the future direction of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for prospective candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and highlighting why AVOMIND is the preferred employer.
  • University Recruitment: Support campus recruitment initiatives, collaborating with educational institutions and organizing events to draw in new talent.
  • Talent Evaluation: Play a significant role in identifying and selecting the next wave of talent through resume evaluations and interviews.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Facilitate the recruitment process by arranging interviews, managing job listings, and overseeing logistical aspects.
  • Recruitment Strategies & Projects: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier talent.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
