We provide technology solutions and business services, including finance, accounting, information technology, global security, legal, payroll and benefits, procurement, tax, real estate, treasury, and risk management, to help Publicis Groupe agencies do what they do best: create and innovate for their clients.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a product strategy that aligns with the overarching business goals and objectives of Publicis Media.
  • Set strategy, roadmap, feature definition
  • Assess Market competition, industry landscape and trends
  • Customer focus - User Experience Expertise to ensure product provides an excellent user experience
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with agency operations, finance, internal and external engineering teams. marketing and enablement teams ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including C-level executives, board members, and clients.
  • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools and A/B testing
  • Manage product backlog and prioritise according to business impact
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators to gauge product performance
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge will be an added advantage

    Qualifications
    • Industry Experience: The candidate should have extensive experience (10+ years) in the media industry and a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities. They should have an in depth understanding of planning, buying, campaign reconciliation and bill/pay workflows, Agency and Media Vendor processes, and the regulatory environment of the industry.
    • Product Management Experience: Extensive experience in product management is crucial, especially experience managing ERP solutions. They should have a proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
    • Executive Leadership: Experience in an executive or senior leadership role is typically required. They should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
    • Strategic Vision: The ability to set strategic direction for the product line, align product strategy with business goals, and make high-level decisions about product features and priorities is crucial.
    • Business Acumen: They should have a strong understanding of business and financial principles, with the ability to drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and assess the financial impact of product decisions.
    • Customer Focus: Experience working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and translating those needs into product features is important.
    • Communication Skills: They should have excellent communication skills to effectively convey the product vision to stakeholders, teams, and customers.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to solve complex problems, make decisions under uncertainty, and navigate challenges is key.
    • Degree: An advanced degree in Business or a relevant field is often preferred.
