Our Global Streaming team is the core engine that creates streaming products which delight customers around the world, from sub-Saharan Africa to the streets of New York: we work closely with our design, technology, and business teams to create unforgettable experiences for our customers . We are currently building a Global Streaming Product team, who will steer our core global product to service the business needs of each proposition (Peacock, NOW, Sky Showtime and Showmax ). As we move to a new era for our platform we seek to bring consistency in our customer's service & compliance journeys, so that our Product team is able to execute standardised, repeatable integrations to reduce time to market and deliver support faster to our customers.

What you'll do
  • Support in the creation and execution of the innovation framework an d strategy , owning and managing concepts as they progress through the innovation funnel
  • Engage with internal teams and departments to facilitate a pipeline of new innovation ideas
  • Scan, uncover and build relationships with new technology partners that support in delivering best in class digital service experiences
  • Explore and develop innovation concepts into proposals by bringing together cross-functional teams
  • Leverage data, insights and KPIs to make data driven decisions which improve the experience and product performance.
  • Provide thought leadership to our business stakeholders based on data trends, product landscape change, and industry best practice
  • Drive delivery on strategic roadmap projects, working alongside other product leads within the service and business operations.
  • Work closely with the technology delivery teams to ensure the best solution is designed to meet the objectives of the business
  • Help drive a culture of innovation, championing the benefits and help develop others across the organisation

  • Experience: evidence of working as a product owner or lead, ideally with a background which includes exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Strategic thinking: demonstrate an ability to deliver forward looking product proposals and recommendations to stakeholders based on strong business requirements and product capabilities and new solutions

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
