As a key player in driving our growth and success, you will shape the future of our game portfolio and supporting technologies. This role demands a strong leader with a deep technical background who can not only guide a diverse team of engineers but also foster a collaborative environment across all technical disciplines within the business unit and throughout the company.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, QA specialists, and technical product owners.
  • Drive technical excellence by promoting best practices, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring efficient development and testing processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (production, product, art, design) to ensure alignment with business objectives and player needs.
  • Advocate for the technical roadmap by communicating the business criticality of central tech initiatives and influencing resource allocation across the wider organization.
  • Shape the future of our game portfolio and supporting technologies.
