The responsibility.

Working as a member of the Digital Product Management Team you will be responsible for the checkout and payments journey across our web estate.

You will play a key role in defining memorable experiences, ensuring that all products are aligned to meet customer and business outcomes.

You will own the delivery of your product, managing a team of Product Owners to prioritise the backlog, and represent the 'voice of the customer' through the product's development.

Key Responsibilities

Define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap. Own the product backlog and ensure that refinement and prioritisation processes maximise value delivery. Oversee the quality and maturity of epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead quarterly planning sessions for your product area. Ensure that comprehensive documentation is maintained for product features, processes and updates. Establish success metrics and ensure that the team are aligned through OKRs. Work collaboratively with key colleagues and stakeholders including UX, Optimisation, Delivery and others in support of the successful delivery of your products. #LI-Hybrid Demonstrable experience delivering complex checkout products within a large-scale ecommerce organisation - essential In depth knowledge of agile process and principles Well versed in managing product lifecycle Familiarity with the FinTech landscape and in-depth knowledge of online payment solutions and providers, PSD2, card issuers, fraud protection and cross border payments. Ability to work through regulatory and compliance requirements in each market. Well versed in delivery carriers and checkout solutions. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to communicate product strategy to the team Highly analytical, able to make quick decisions Exposure to MACH is not essential but highly advantageous Certified scrum product owner - highly desirable Pro-active self-starter, task focused and organised Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science
