About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at In-Product. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our groundbreaking AI tool, which is poised to revolutionize the financial industry.

As a member of our small but rapidly growing team, you will work closely with our founders, engineers, and other designers to identify and alleviate friction in workflows with a complex data-focused product. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality user experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

To excel in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS environment, be comfortable working with ambiguity, and have a technical background, having worked in highly complex products working closely with engineers, or have come from a computer science background before transitioning into product design.

You will also need to have experience shipping multiple products in a fast-paced environment, gaining knowledge of what works and what doesn't, and continually learning from your experiences. Additionally, you should have experience in a high-growth environment, from a B2B SaaS product environment with exposure to end-to-end product design.
