Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at That Product Studio. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading design sprints, conducting user research, creating UI designs, and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops with clients and team members
  • Conduct and analyse user research to inform design decisions
  • Create high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes
  • Clearly communicate design rationales and present work to stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Proven Product Design skills with a portfolio demonstrating your best work
  • Extensive experience in Design Thinking and UX Research
  • Strong User Research skills and ability to translate insights into actionable designs
  • Deep understanding of design principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate design thinking workshops
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer and Adobe
  • Bachelor's degree in UX or related field

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment
  • Knowledge of AI and its applications in product design
  • Ability to contribute to the team's growth
