About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team at My Product Path, a leading travel and loyalty company. This is a permanent position based in London or Manchester, with the option to work from home 1-2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Assist in creating product specifications, requirements, and documentation.
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in gathering and analysing data to support product strategy and decision-making.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the product team.
  • Monitor product performance in the market, including sales, customer feedback, and other KPIs.
  • Provide recommendations for product enhancements or discontinuations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to understand customer feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Engage with customers to validate product concepts and gather insights.
About You
  • 1-2 years of experience in product, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with product management tools is a plus.
