As a Product Development Associate at Citigroup Inc., you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing new products and features that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team focused on the Equity Derivatives risk platform, working closely with senior business leaders and a global user community to define and implement solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from scoping product releases to tracking business priorities and incorporating regulatory requirements.
  • Defining and managing product development processes, identifying new opportunities to address business priorities and drive growth.
  • Conceptualizing, planning, prioritizing, and coordinating the design and delivery of products or features to product release, serving as a product ambassador within the user community.
  • Delivering significant direct business results and providing authoritative advice regarding product development.
  • Partnering with senior business leaders and a widely distributed global user community to define and implement solutions.
  • Creating clear and specific project plans, business and technical requirements documents for product execution.
  • Facilitating interaction with business managers, technology, and sales to understand their long-term vision, discuss industry trends, and incorporate them into the product & solutions strategy.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing in a large and complex business, preferably with process management knowledge and a propensity for detail and comprehensiveness of content.
  • Project management skills with experience leading large cross-functional initiatives, and the ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with senior members of an organization.
  • Thorough financial acumen and P&L management experience.
